Terms and Conditions: Conferences at the White Horse Inn:
The White Horse Inn team kindly asks you to understand that on cancellation of a booked event between 6 to 2 weeks prior to arrival 35% of the booking fee will be charged. From 2 weeks prior to arrival 75% of the rate will be charged. Should a participant of your function be unavailable to take part on short notice, a cancellation fee of the room and breakfast rate will be charged.
