1. Ried Round "WISLI-TESTROUTE" (How fast do I run?)
Easy rund on tarmac, especially suited for running in the mornings and after dark because stretch is I determine your individual (according to age & sex) fitness and capacity.

Start at Tourist Office St. Wolfgang - Michael Pacher Street - Church Square - along the lakeshore Ried Road) past Gasthof Falkenstein. At the road fork turn right and follow the upper Ried Road back to point of origin.
2. Bürgelstein Round
Easy run, mainly along the lakeshore.

Start at Tourist Office St. Wolfgang on the sidewalk in the direction of Strobl, parallel to the lakeshore the sport grounds Berau (2 km / 1.3mi). Turn right and take the narrow path towards the forest. There left on the "Bürglsteinpromenade" which leads around the Bürgelstein rock to the "Seeklause" where river drains the lake. Don´t cross the bridge but continue on the beautiful hiking path along the lake back to the sport grounds and from there return on the same route as you came

Start at Tourist Office: Take the slightly ascending road to the East, passing the "Rudolfshöhe" to "Hauslgut", then ascend towards the "Jausenstation Holzerbauer" up to the road shrine at the bend. Turn left on the trail leading slightly downhill, then up to the "Sattelweg", from there to the left level train to the Ahornplatz, continue west past the Kalvarienberg Church, where the road turns right. Continue on this road in westerly direction, slightly downhill until the T-crossing above the Hupfmühle Restaurant. Turn left and after a hundred meters again left via Roith towards the Church Square to the point of origin.
4. Schwarzensee Round "Around the Schwarzensee"
Easy and level terrain - Route for beginners!

Point of origin is the car park on the southeast shore above the Schwarzensee. Up to here taking the road from St. Wolfgang via Russbach (9km). You also can walk via "Sattelweg" (map: dotted blue line: trail is marked #28) This route is approx. 5km long and has an difference of 230 m.
Start at the car park, beginning your round either to the right or to the left of the lake. This stretch easily be extended if you continue from the north end of the lake on the gravel road for 3km to the "Moosalm" to the "T" crossing. Then return back to the lake and return to the car park on the siede of the lake.
5. Schwarzenbach Round
Easy and level terrain, along hiking trails and mainly away from roads.

Starting from the "Bürgelstein Inn", follow the sidewalk towards St. Wolfgang for 300 m. After the sports grounds turn left and follow the yellow marking which leads towards the forest. From turn right towards the lake around the "Bürgelstein" rock to the "Seeklause". Turn right, cross the bridge then immediately to the left got down the wooden steps. You are then on the Achenweg. Follow it along the Ischl, river under the main road to a wooden bridge to the left which you cross and then turn again the left (yellow marking trail No. 29) onto a grass path going upstream a short distance and the cross Russbach rivulet. Continue until you reach one more bridge. Turn right and walk along the Russbach up stream till you reach the motor road. Turn left on this road and a short walk will take you back to Bürgelstein Inn.
