The second highlight in the White Horse culinary year is taking place in May, right after the traditional season opening on Lake Wolfgang. Embosomed and well-attended, we are looking forward to our asparagus season with you!

When it comes to the ingredients Peter Dengg and his team focus on the selected products’ regionality. Fresh and of course organically grown, is what distinguishes them from the other products and they give every dish a certain je ne sais quoi.

The sweet temptations by chef patissier Gerhard Spreitzer are especially popular during the venison weeks. The Beer-Tour “Bier-Roas” and Weinkulinarium swapped places! The Beer-Tour is therefore the autumn’s second culinary highlight and takes place from 23rd to 26th October 2015.
 
From Beer New Year’s Eve to Beer-Tour
In autumn we traditionally celebrate Beer New Year’s Eve; due to the fact that no beer is brewed during the hot summer months in St. Wolfgang. After the long “drought” it was only in September that the St. Wolfgang people could again enjoy a cold lager. The delight was so great that this event entered the history books as “Beer New Year’s Eve”. This is the reason why we go on our Beer-Tour in autumn.

We organised our first truffle weeks in 2014 and they already attracted a whole new regiment of guests. That is why we will definitely continue hosting them in the future!
