If available you we gladly offer you to use your accommodation longer, until 6pm (€50.00) or until midnight (€100.00).

In case of a late arrival or early departure we charge you 100% of the room price!

Parking

Please drive right in front of the hotel entrance on Marktplatz in St. Wolfgang's centre on your day of arrival. One of our White Horse employees will gladly show you the way to your parking space (parking space allocation subject to availability):

White Horse garage from € 12 per day (weekly price € 70 per parking space) and Peterbräu garage from € 14 per day.

Your parking space is available for you from midday on your day of arrival.

Advance payment

In order to guarantee your reservation we would kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of your booked arrangement value (50% in peak season and Advent weekends) via bank transfer or credit card.

Airport transfer

For your relaxed arrival from the airport or train station to the White Horse Inn the White Horse team recommends the hotel's own taxi-bus. Book with your White Horse room reservation by phone +43 6138/ 2306 – 0 or e-mail welcome@weissesroessl.at .

Travel cancellation insurance

It's always possible that you might not be able to go on holiday due to unforeseen reasons or that you have to cut your holiday short. This is why the White Horse team recommends a budget-friendly travel cancellation insurance.

Actual cancellation terms:

The right of cancellation according to § 11 Abs.1 FAAG does not apply.
The cancellation guidelines according to the Austrian hotel regulations apply:

up to 8 days prior to arrival - cancellation free of charge
from 7 days prior to arrival - 90 %  of the booking
late arrival or no show  - 100 % of the booking. 

The deposit can be part of the cancellation fee.

Arrangement-Hit

Please note that the prices for the White Horse arrangements might be cheaper for you during the week! If you book a stay between Sunday and Friday you will get 1 night for free according to your offer depanding on season and requested arrangement! Details see packages.

SPA & Beauty – your reservation

Mobile phones

For the purpose of an ideal holiday atmosphere and out of consideration for the other guests we would kindly ask you to NOT make any phone calls in the restaurants or the SPA area.

Non-smoker

The White Horse Inn restaurants are all non-smoking premises. If you want to enjoy a cigarette we would kindly ask you to go to our Poststüberl.

All rooms at the hotel are non-smoking rooms, please use the balcony if you want to smoke. Ashtrays are provided.

Clothes make people

The guests at White Horse Inn contribute to the atmosphere of the hotel. We therefore kindly ask you to wear appropriate attire in the half-board and Romantic restaurants. Please abstain from wearing sports clothes or swimwear.

… to relaxing moments in our SPA on the lake, we will charge € 31.00 per person. Please make a reservation in advance in any case!

If you let us know in advance we warmly welcome your four-legged friends!

Advent & Christmas

Arrival and departure: We kindly inform you that an arrival after 1.00 p.m. is difficult because of the „Adventmarket“. The arrival before 1.00 p.m. would be therefore more convenient for you. The rooms and parking garages are available from 3.00 pm on the date of arrival until 12.00 am on the date of departure. If it is not possible to arrive before 1.00 p.m. please park your car outside of the village and enjoy the Adventmarket. After 7.30 p.m. the market closes and you can reach the hotel entrance without any trouble.
