Exit the Austrian motorway Westautobahn A1 at Regau and drive on the B 145 towards Gmunden along the shores of the Traunsee towards Bad Ischl. From there follow the signs towards Salzburg and St. Wolfgang on the B 158 through the Kaiserpark Tunnel until you reach Strobl, where you take a right towards St. Wolfgang.
Coming from the south to reach holiday bliss in the Salzkammergut region
Traverse the Pötschenpass on the B 145 towards Bad Ischl and drive through the Kaiserpark Tunnel on the B 158 towards St. Wolfgang.
Coming from the west to reach the White Horse Inn at Lake Wolfgang
Exit the Austrian motorway Autobahn A1, the Westautobahn, at the Thalgau exit and follow the L 117 until you reach Hof, where you exit left in the roundabout onto the B 158 towards Lake Wolfgang. At St. Gilgen you reach Lake Wolfgang and at Strobl you take a turn towards St. Wolfgang.

From Strobl you continue to drive along Lake Wolfgang towards St. Wolfgang. As hotel guests of the White Horse Inn you can drive left before the tunnel and straight ahead into the pedestrian zone. The friendly employees at the White Horse Inn will show you the way to the White Horse Inn garage.
Please note that you require a Vignette sticker for driving on the Austrian motorways. The toll sticker can be purchased in tobacco shops and gas stations near the borders when entering Austria.
