Please note that if you cancel your business event between six and two weeks before the booked date, 35% of the arranged fee will be charged. From two weeks before arrival, 75% of the fee will be charged. If an attendee cannot make it to the event at short notice, you will be charged the price of their room and breakfast as a cancellation fee.
