Open daily from 10 am, with hot food served from 11.30 am, they offer the perfect opportunity to enjoy Austrian hospitality and traditional Austrian cuisine. The Rock Cellar at the Hotel Im Weissen Rössl contains exclusively Austrian wines. Our sommeliers will be happy to help you choose a wine that pairs perfectly with your meal. The Rössl Rock Cellar, which was hewn into the rock by miners in the 18th century, contains 9,000 bottles and over 500 different wines, including Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Blaufränkisch & more, from regions like the Wachau, Lake Neusiedl and southern Styria. Bottle sizes range from 0.2 litres to 18 litres (melchior), so there's something to suit every palate and occasion. Our trained wine expert Mr Alexander and qualified sommelier Mr Zoran will be happy to advise you.
