From the main railway station in Salzburg, catch bus 150 in the direction of Bad Ischl. When you reach Strobl, change onto bus 546 to St. Wolfgang.

Getting to St. Wolfgang by train and bus via Bad Ischl
If you're coming via Bad Ischl, there are several buses that will take you to Lake Wolfgang.
Take bus 546 from Bad Ischl to Ried and get off at Michael Pacher-Haus at the marketplace in St. Wolfgang. The bus runs hourly to St. Wolfgang and the journey takes about 30 minutes. It is only a 3-minute walk from the bus station to the hotel.
Another way of getting there is to take bus 150 from Bad Ischl towards Salzburg, but change in Strobl onto bus 546 to St. Wolfgang.
