Indulgent Wine Days at Im Weissen Rössl

On April 25th and 26th, 2025, the Romantik Hotel Im Weissen Rössl will be dedicated to fine wines and exquisite culinary delights.

The wine culinary festival marks the brilliant start to the spring-summer season. We warmly invite you to participate in a special event on Friday, April 25th, 2025: the festive unveiling of the new label with the annual theme of the Romantik Hotel Im Weissen Rössl for 2025/2026.

Program:

Friday, April 25th, 2025:

We start the weekend with the unveiling of our annual theme and the corresponding wine with an exclusive wine label. Afterwards, enjoy a 6-course menu at the gourmet restaurant “Poll’s Kaiserterrasse,” accompanied by selected wines recommended by our sommeliers.

The wine culinary festival will be inaugurated by Rössl landlady Gudrun Peter, along with renowned vintners Franz Pichler from Wachau and Horst Gager from Deutschkreuz, presenting the new label for the upcoming Rössl year.

Our esteemed in-house artist Thomas Selinger from Salzburg will share introductory words with the Rössl landlady and explain the new work.

Following this, there will be a formal signing of the new poster, which will be displayed in the Scheffelsaal and can be admired throughout the year. The signing will be conducted by the Rössl landlady, the artist, and the house vintners.

At 6:00 PM, join the Rössl landlady, the artist, the house vintners, and yourself on "Poll’s Kaiserterrasse" for an exclusive 6-course wine culinary menu by Chef Hermann Poll. The evening will be complemented by a select wine pairing.

Wine Spring at the Lakeside Square

Between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM (weather permitting), our guest vintners will welcome you at the Lakeside Square with their selected wines. Take the opportunity to taste a variety of Austrian wines while enjoying good conversations and culinary bites.

Visit our artist Thomas Selinger at the Lakeside Square, where he will be creating his fascinating small artworks live. Experience his creative work up close and be inspired by his art. The new artwork for the labels will be displayed, as well as his new art magazine introduced during the wine culinary festival.

Wine Culinary 6-Course Menu on Poll's Kaiserterrasse

At 6:00 PM, join the Rössl landlady, the artist, the house vintners, and yourself on "Poll’s Kaiserterrasse" for an exclusive 6-course wine culinary menu crafted by Chef Hermann Poll and guest chef Emanuel Weyringer. The meal will be complemented by a select wine pairing.
