The Im Weissen Rössl on Lake Wolfgang offers a variety of culinary experiences all year round at ‘Poll's Kaiserterrasse’ - Gourmet Restaurant Im Weissen Rössl. Look forward to seasonal highlights and exclusive gourmet events, such as the Heringschmaus on Ash Wednesday, the Wine Spring in April, summer galas by the lake, autumn game weeks, truffle weeks in winter and festive galas at Christmas and New Year's Eve.

In 2022, our head chef Hermann Poll and his team were once again delighted to be awarded 15 points and three toques from the Gault&Millau restaurant guide, and the A la Carte Guide 3 stars (78 points). In 2024 Falstaff also awarded us three forks (91 points). Poll's Kaiserterrasse was named as one of the best restaurants in Austria by trade journal AHGZ (Allgemeine Hotel- und Gastronomiezeitung) in 2021. To top it off, restaurant guide Gourmand Atlas voted chef Hermann Poll among the 50 best chefs in Austria.
