It's that time again in July and August!
Warm summer nights and culinary magic invite you to an elegant gala on the lake.

We invite lovers of gourmet cuisine to our gala on three evenings (16.07., 30.07. & 13.08.) directly on the shores of the magnificent Wolfgangsee.

From the champagne reception to a 6-course gala menu including wine accompaniment from magnum bottles to a sweet finish from the in-house patisserie.
Head chef Hermann Poll and his team conjure up high-quality culinary delights for all the senses at this gourmet feast.

As the sun disappears behind the horizon, guests take a seat by the lake and can look forward to culinary delights from chef Hermann Poll, who has been awarded 3 toques by Gault & Millau and 3 Falstaff forks.
