Both residences are approximately a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel and offer splendid lake view. The visit of our Spa in the Lake with a whirlpool, lake spa, sauna, and more is included in the accommodation rates of the holiday apartments.

The flats have a cosy living room with TV, a modern bathroom with hairdryer for your daily comfort, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, including oven, kitchen utensils, partly microwave and dishwasher. A Nespresso machine is available for you in each flat. The Nespresso tabs are available in different flavours for a fee at reception. A bread roll service sweetens your mornings and is available daily on request. You can place your desired order at reception until 17:00.

Look forward to the year-round heated lake pool (30 °C), the Rösslpool (whirlpool at 37 °C), a spacious indoor adventure pool and various saunas - including the panorama sauna with a view of Lake Wolfgangsee, a SOOL steam bath with Bad Ischl brine and a family sauna. The relaxation room with lake view and sun terraces make relaxing particularly pleasant. A bathrobe, bath towel and Rössl bathing basket are available for your visit. Every Thursday we extend your relaxation with the ‘Late Spa Night’ until 22:00.
In the summer months (July and August), an additional highlight awaits you: on sunny days, the hotel's own launch ‘Margarethe’ takes you from 10:00 to 18:00 as an exclusive shuttle from the bathing meadow across Lake Wolfgangsee to the spa in the lake and back again. With our hire bikes you can discover the landscape around St. Wolfgang in comfort on your own.

The Residenz am See is located in a venerable villa on the lakeside promenade and offers space for two to six people in its flats. All three flats have a marvellous view of the lake and you can jump straight into the cool waters of Lake Wolfgang or enjoy the sun on the lakeshore from the hotel's own bathing area.

"Resident Belvedere", two spacious holiday apartments right on the lake shore
At the Residenz Belvedere, you can stay right on the lake shore. The two spacious holiday apartments here sleep up to four , while another has space for up to eight . Glorious views of Lake Wolfgang come as standard. In summer you can enjoy the sunbathing lawn by the lake, basking in the sunshine before taking a dip in Lake Wolfgang, which is accessed directly via the boathouse.

Pure bathing fun!
Relax and unwind on our large bathing lawn with direct access to the crystal-clear water and in the Spa im See. In the heated Lake Pool, you can swim in the lake at a pleasant 30 °C all year round and relax in the Rösslpool, the world's first floating whirlpool, at a cosy 37 °C with a view of the impressive mountains of the Salzkammergut. For added comfort, you will receive a bathing bag with bathrobe and towels.
Save on luggage! Our guests receive a bathing bag with bathrobes and towels at reception on arrival.
For reasons of sustainability, we will no longer provide bathing slippers in our rooms and in our bathing bags. Please bring your own flip flops.
