Just a stone's throw from the lake lie our two Rössl Residenzen, where you'll find our characterful and beautifully furnished holiday apartments. All of the apartments have their own parking space and are just a few minutes' walk from the hotel.
"Resident am See", three holiday apartments on the lakeside promenade
The Residenz am See is located in a venerable villa on the lakeside promenade and offers apartments with space for two to six people. All three apartments have fantastic views of the lake. From the bathing area in the grounds, you can leap straight into the cool waters of Lake Wolfgang or bask in the sunshine on the lakeshore.
"Resident Belvedere", two spacious holiday apartments right on the lake shore
At the Residenz Belvedere, you can stay right on the lake shore. The two spacious holiday apartments here sleep up to four , while another has space for up to eight . Glorious views of Lake Wolfgang come as standard. In summer you can enjoy the sunbathing lawn by the lake, basking in the sunshine before taking a dip in Lake Wolfgang, which is accessed directly via the boathouse.

Fully equipped kitchens for self-catering, a bread roll service for fresh pastries in the morning, cosy living rooms with TV, a small library and WLAN in all rooms are all part of a relaxing holiday!
A drinks basket is available as a welcome gift and you can discover the countryside around St. Wolfgang on your own with our hire bikes.
Pure bathing fun!
Relax and unwind on our large bathing lawn with direct access to the crystal-clear water and in the Spa im See. In the heated Lake Pool, you can swim in the lake at a pleasant 30 °C all year round and relax in the Rösslpool, the world's first floating whirlpool, at a cosy 37 °C with a view of the impressive mountains of the Salzkammergut. For added comfort, you will receive a bathing bag with bathrobe and towels.
Save on luggage! Our guests receive a bathing bag with bathrobes and towels at reception on arrival.
For reasons of sustainability, we will no longer provide bathing slippers in our rooms and in our bathing bags. Please bring your own flip flops.
